デンバー・ボールダーエリアで断トツNO.1の人気を誇るこのラーメン、あっさり豚骨、日曜日限定、醤油と塩と選べます。こういう寒い日にいただくとココロまで温まる。紅しょうがが必要な方はオーナーに声をかけるとくださいます。以前は水曜日限定でしたが、今は日曜日になってます。

豚骨が苦手な方用に、現在鶏ガラあっさりラーメンを開発中なんだとか。楽しみです。
